Shipping & Returns
We will happily process returns within 10 working days of the purchase date. If you would like to submit a return, you will be required to courier the clothing back to us at your own cost. We will only accept returns delivered straight to our stock holding facility (NOT via the South African Post Office or Postnet).
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our stock holding facility and once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. We will process exchanges but can provide either a store credit or refund for the item/s returned if required. The store credit/refund will only be valid online and will not include shipping/courier costs incurred with original order.
All returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition. No returns will be processed for seamless clothing with a ladder in – this will be considered wear and tear. Any items of clothing returned with makeup and/or tan stains will automatically be rejected and returned to you. This is non-negotiable.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the dye process and various suppliers, we allow a size variance of up to 2.5cm up or down. Because of the compression nature of the clothing the fit is not negatively affected by this.
Should items be purchased on sale, the price of the item at the time it is purchased will be the refund/credit amount.
